The standard is drafted by SC3,will be in DIS draft stage. TC176 planed to formally promulgate ISO/TS 10004 in 2009.After revising had finished coordinate with three customer satisfactions standards, ISO 10001《quality management   customer satisfaction organization behaviour code》, 10002      《quality management   customer satisfaction organization complaint handing guideline》and ISO10003 《quality management customer satisfaction organization disputation solving guideline》.this document had become one of quality management –customer satisfaction standards ,that is ISO 10004.
