ISO/TC176 established “customer satisfaction contact team” to responsible for coordination of ISO 10001/2/3/4 in long term.ISO technical management committee authorized two new projects: six sigma—DMAIC method and six sigma—with improvement method for statistics tools.Cosidering the close relationship between six sigma and quality management, TC176 established internal contact team to monitoring the cross same problem maybe existing in the two standards and others.
